Duties & Responsibilities
Schedule nursing needs, hours and vacations based on budgeted PRD and current census
Daily reviews of scheduling levels and staffing changes with the DON and Administration as needed to maintain safe staffing levels for proper resident care.
Qualifications
Ability to organize, prioritize and coordinate work
Previous nurse scheduling experience preferred
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Ideal Candidate
